The Kaurareg Land & Sea Rangers play a vital role in protecting and caring for the land and sea Country of the Kaurareg People. Their work includes conservation of cultural heritage sites, sustainable land and sea management, habitat restoration, biodiversity monitoring, marine debris removal, and fire management practices guided by traditional knowledge. By combining cultural authority with modern conservation methods, the rangers ensure that Country remains healthy for future generations while strengthening cultural identity and community resilience.
